Is this a second IB? I swear and gut feeling two eggs when I ovulated because I bled and had pains more than usual and days of positive opks. I'm gonna be sick!

I'm 9dpo and checked my cervix changed today or in the past few hours. To soft and medium height. I don't know what to think.
