Been spotting for three days. scraped this from around my cervix. Now getting EWCM with it. Is this what IB looks like?

CD25, 11DPO. Started spotting two days ago. today there is sticky EWCM with it, typical cycle is 23 - 27 days. iPeriod app has me down to start period on CD27. Haven't spotted since starting progesterone OTC, and only once prior to that. Keep expecting a full bleed, but not happening. Can it be IB?
