Unsure, but thinking 3 dpo, what does this mean, anything? Or, is this just normal based on dpo.

8 dpo, wondering if this is a good sign? Been tired, but not sure if I'm getting sick. Allergies feel like they are turning into bronchitis. Cough, congested, sore throat, constipated. Any thoughts?
