4 wks past d&c. Tested out hcg two weeks ago.... Thinking this is CD 14 based on spotting/bleeding. Opks have been obviously negative until this morning. Thoughts?

Need help! This was yesterday's OPK. This AM my temp only went up 0.2, not the spike I was expecting..... Should I still plan for ovulation? Has anyone ever gotten a false positive before?? I've been POAS for nearly 4 years and this has never happened to me. PLEASE COMMENT and thank you.
