Does the bottom test look darker than the rest? I should be ovulating tomorrow or the next day.

New to ovulation tests. What time of day is best? According to the directions, 24 to 48 hours after a positive test you will ovulate. If I kept testing after the first positive and the test line was stronger than the control would that pin point when I ovulate? Can you really tell exactly when?
