Got my darkest positive on cd12 in PM... so does that mean I probably ovulated on cd13?

So this my first opk. I know it's negative, but today is cd11, and I didn't think I ovulated until the 16thish? So when should I test again? I don't want to miss my surge. Tia!!

PLEASE help me out! Test on left is OPK. Test on right is HCG. I used the same urine for both tests. I am 13 days late for af. I've never used an OPK and just figured I'd try. I know it's negative, but does this mean I'll be ovulating soon? Why didn't I get a period? HCG looks negative?
