Just gave birth to baby boy #3 6 weeks ago today... had a slip up Friday night and something told me to do an ovulation test and this is what I got. Still haven't had another cycle since delivery any thoughts?

Im so excited finally after 17 months of trying i started to think i wasnt ovulating but finally got a positive i hope this time works hubbys bday is at the end of the month and i couldnt imagine a more perfect gift

8dpo test was almost no test line 3 days ago and now this is the second day in a row I've all of a sudden have a very visible line... and thoughts please comment
