Please help. So confused. Other than the first 2 thd rest look the same to me. I have PCOS and we've been ttc for 3 months now. Any input is helpfull.

This is an OVULATION Test. Top one is 7/25, middle 7/26, bottom 7/27. I need help. Im horrible with these. Obviously the top is negative. I was told by dr to not use digital because of my PCOS i got positive results for 2 weeks straight.
