UpdateShe is 4 weeks and 3 days (: sadly today she had a cyst rupture and they think that caused the positive pregnancy test

Hi ladies just wanted to share my story about my 2nd pregnancy and maybe help someone. My son was a rainbow baby. I bled/spotted and cramped my whole 1st trimester & some 2nd tri. Convinced I would miscarry but never did. Bleeding doesn't always mean miscarriage. Neither does cramping. Good luck
UpdateBtw sometimes I even had blood clots and a lot of blood! Nothing was ever wrong though. The doctor just said it happened sometimes! Any more questions feel free to ask:)
