UpdateMy ultra sound showed I'm 5 weeks preg !! But my hcg levels are staying at 23 I'm Probably going to have a miscarriage

Im Not shore if I had a Miscarriage haven't bleed in four days!24&25 I spotted26&27 I bleed really really heavy
