12th Cycle TTC after late MC

I am so shocked and relieved I finally got my BFP! It has been an emotional rollercoaster after Months of Crazy hormones after my MC. I think after 6 months, I started feeling back to normal. After 11 cycles no success, I decided to get help from a Specialist. Found out my DH Sperm count was perfect and also that I have low progesterone. I did a medicated cycle my 12th month TTC with:
50 mg - Clomid
Ovidrel - prefilled
Crinone 8% but changed to 200mg of Prometrium

DPO and Symptoms:
O Day/IUI- Ovary cramps
1 dpo - stabbing pain in right armpit
2 dpo - 3 dpo - Uterine twinges (ovidrel induced I'm sure)
3 dpo - Bloating, chills, UTI feeling, sharp stabbing pains below belly button
4 dpo - dull cramps, moody
5 dpo - acne breakout, bloating, constipation,
6 dpo - 7 dpo - nothing
8 dpo - increased CM Milky Like
9 dpo - CM Dried up, bloating, backache, Milky like cm, headache, runny nose, nausea, dull cramps, pinching on right uterus(this was different), Exhausted
10 dpo - dull cramps, pinching same area, Backache, Stabbing in BBs, Stabbing in right armpit, headache, runny and stuffy nose, sleeplessness, nausea
11 dpo - No CM, bloating, exhaustion, pinching same, stuffy nose, Stabbing in BBS, dull cramps
12 dpo - pinching left uterus, sore muscles, backache, heartburn, headache, runny nose, sore throat, chills, fatigue, no cm, acne, nausea
13 dpo - BFP FMU!!!! Bloating, dull cramps, pinching left and right uterus, backache, stabbing in BBs, stuffy nose, headache, fatigue, no cm, acne
14 dpo - same as 13 dpo.
