I have PCOS and have no trouble with opks at all. They are only inaccurate if one of your symptoms is really high lh. I only have slightly raised lh so they work perfectly for me.

Hey honey! I can give you some hope too. I have PCOS, unbelievably irregular cycles (I ov'ed 3 days ago on CD71) and still managed to have a daughter 15 months ago. I'm ttc #2 and am fed up to the back teeth of my body right now but I know, in the end, I'll have another baby. It took 3 years to get my body ready for my daughter but we got there. This time, I've been referred on to a fertility clinic because my testosterone is high so I know exactly how you feel. I'm jealous of everyone with a bump right now but I promise you it will be so worth it in the end. Big hugs honey xxx
