7dpo and stabbing pains in right ovary???

Hi ladies - quick question. I am now 7dpo (and have definitely ov'ed because I feel it) but am having stabbing pains in my right ovary, which is where I popped an egg from this cycle. This is a little unusual for me because I normally have cramps but not this type of pain until AF is due. It has been coming and going for the past few days but seems to be more painful today.

Firstly, does anyone else have this and any suggestions as to what it could be? And secondly, has anyone had this and then got a bfp afterwards? Thanks xxx
