Fertility Food Fun!

Hey ladies! I thought I'd have some fun for Hump Day!
I am on month #3 of TTC and I'm letting myself get a little crazy (bbt charting for the first month & now researching fertility foods!)

I am currently 3DPO and in the Luteal Phase. It is recommended to eat "warming" foods during this phase and also to keep your body warm. I googled quite a bit, this was my favorite resource:

I am also convinced I am a slow riser (as it took 4 days of slowly rising temps to confirm ovulation) so I have also been in to finding foods to boost progesterone levels.

Today I have had an 8ox glass on pineapple juice, I am a coffee drinker so I have a latte (half the caffiene) and a cup of warm rolled oats w/ flax seeds (all from aroma joes - I don't have my shit together that well hahah!) For lunch I plan on having a nice bowl of chili.

Anyone else have some insight on fertility foods?!
