Blood HCG Quantitive Test

Hi Ladies!

So I had blood work done last Friday, and they check my HCG quantity .. I am wondering how soon it will pick up HCG after conception? I haven't had a period going on 3 months and I really don't know when or if I have ovulated.. I definitely feel icky. Does anyone know? Thanks!
