Constant Headaches and Neck Pain??

I'm currently about 8 dpo (but didn't track ovulation) and I have had a headache and pain through my neck, shoulders, lower back, hips and sometimes legs for the past few days now. I've tried stretching and icing but every day feels like I just woke up the morning after being hit by a bus! Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

I have also been so exhausted over the same days. I got 8 hours of sleep, then the next day took a 6 hour nap with DH (but he works 80 hours a week and has an excuse), woke up to bd and went back to sleep for the night isn't it too early for all of this to have been going on for almost a week?!
