31 days no period since last cycle ttc#4 FRUSTRATED

No period! On CD 31!

So, I took my Paragard IUD out on the first of July and my period started 3 days later and lasted 3 days and was pretty normal. I have no feelings of starting and being on CD 31. I have tested so many times and all negative except a clearblue easy that came up within the time frame. I posted the picture on this site. I have tried FRER, dollartree, walmart and al seem negative. Should I wait a few days? My IUD wasn't hormonal so I don't see how it could mess with my cycles. I'm ttc #4 and it's becoming very depressing and frustrating seeing one line every time:( Maybe a few more days try again...???
