with symptoms but no ovulation?

Hi everyone, does anyone of you have ovulation symptoms but not ovulate at all? it's my first month off the clomiphene and pregnyl cycles which of course were unsuccessful, but this month i have soft, high open cervix, creamy cm, slightly higher bbt and full saliva ferning( my countdown to pregnancy bbt chart have not detected a thermal shift at CD19 though) i'm not sure if i did have the ewcm but there was a day that i got a mucus like a nose mucus, clear, slippery and stretchy but not too much in quantity.
