Anyone 7dpo what are you feeling like right now

So I've been on this ttc journey for about a year now. I have 3 children with the oldest being 20 and the youngest is 9. Now ever since 4dpo I've had a sore throat, pelvic twinges, sleepiness, and backache. I have also had increased cm. Now today I have all of that plus swollen gums, I slept for 12 hours. My cervix is high and closed with watery cm, usually it's low and soft with creamy cm until 12dpo so this is a change. Now last cycle I took 3 test and received 2 bfp although very faint at 10 dpo and 11 dpo but at 13dpo af showed up took a test at 2dpo and it was bfn so either it was a chemical or nasty evap lines. I just want to see where everyone is at.
