Extremely vivid, life like dream

Okay, it's only 2am and I'm 6dpo and after tossing and turning for about three hours due to a backache and stuffed nose I finally got to sleep. I had an extremely vivid dream that I can still remember every detail. It was about me finding out at the doctor that I'm pregnant. Then taking several test that where all positive. I remember to digitalis saying not pregnant then I took two more which said pregnant and 1-2 weeks. I never can remember every exact detail and I wasn't even thinking about me being pregnant or finding out when I was falling asleep. Did anybody have a dream about being pregnant before their BFP? I'm due to test next week. Been having lots of symptoms and dreams but none this clear and vivid and I haven't had a dream about a BFP in two weeks
