My symptoms of a very early positive preg. test

If anyone is interested I have detailed steps of my baby #3 positive pregnancy!

I use opk (First Answer) sticks right when my period ends. First day of period was March 8th, first postivie opk was March 25th in the evening and March 26th in the morning. (18-19 CD) Husband and I made sure we did it on the 26th. and the day after.
CD 14-17 (excessive egg white CM-A LOT!)
CD 18-19 (watery) OVULATED
1-3 DPO (back to egg white CM but not as much)
4-5 DPO (watery with creamy white CM both days) cramping in left ovary area 4 dpo & pinching on the right 5 dpo. Bad heartburn on both of these days (I knew I was pregnant! Every pregnancy I get bad heartburn during implantation and never get heartburn any other time!)
6-7 DOP (watery CM)
**super faint positive 7 DPO at night**
8 DPO very faint positive (AM testing)
9 DPO positive
12 DPO did a digital just to do it (pregnant 2-3 weeks)
My HCG must be pretty high to get these results so early.
Maybe twins ! or maybe just a boy!! I will find out in a couple weeks I want to wait to go to the doctors so the ultrasound isn't just a little bean :)
