Hi again, how sensitive are your tests? Some people find if they don't drink much for a few hours in the afternoon and then test they get a better result. I have also heard of ladies testing their blood, never tried it but have not been in the position where I'm that late.
Are you sure you ovulated when you think? If we don't ovulate our bodies sometimes try again and it can extend our cycle. Do you temp? Is your chart available to view?

JayBay123 - To answer your question -
It's honestly hard to say if my cycles are regular. I went off BCP in October (cycles before the pill were very consistent - 28-30 days).
My first cycle after coming off the pill was long since my hormones were all re-regulating (that cycle lasted 6 weeks).
The next cycle I didn't track, but I estimate that I ovulated around CD14. Took a test when I was about 5 days late, and it was positive. Tests stayed positive for about a week before I lost it.
The cycle right after my chemical was longer as well - 5 weeks (my doc told me to expect that)...
This cycle I used OPK, but did not temp, and estimate to have ovulated on CD18.
So - a long cycle after BCP, a "normal" cycle in which we conceived, a long cycle after CP and now I'm in my next cycle, which I hope is "normal" again. But the last time I got a BFP, it was about 18 or 19dpo, so I'm hoping I just implant late, but that this one sticks..

Kerzie: My tests are 25miu. If my period doesn't start here in the next week, I will likely get a blood test done. As for ovulating, I'm almost 100% with my date. I get ovulation pains after about 5 days of ewcm, although I am seriously considering using tests and temping next month if things don't work out this month.

Slnshrra27: I agree with Kerzie. If you can, get a blood test done. I don't know how you can handle the wait! I'm too impatient. I'm sorry about the BFN, but don't give up yet!

ALittleFaith: That definitely answered my question. I'm sorry about your CP :( That's what I'm worried about right now as well. But it is really encouraging to hear that the last time you did get the BFP was 18 or 19dpo! That gives me hope! And most definitely means you still have a chance.

I talked to my mom about it this morning and she thinks I'm going through chemical/MC....way to be encouraging mom....

well I can deal with it because I get more disappointed when i get a negative.. plus all the symptoms I was feeling the week after ovulation have stopped.. makes me think my af got super irregular since my miscarriage..

Hey Ladies, I am only 11dpo with a bfn :( Af due on Wednesday. I am hoping I tested too soon but I kind of feel out this month now. I hope it turns out positive for you.

17 dpo today. Yesterday I tested and got a BFN. I have had some mild cramping the last few days but still no AF! I'm honestly at the point I dont care one way or the other. I just want to know!!

Update: AF showed her ugly face 4 days late. My period is never late and I just started seeing the faintest of positives on tests, so I know I had an early miscarriage :( Trying to stay positive though because I can always try again next month!

Sezzyeb: It is very likely you have tested too soon. Many other sources say the average first bfp is 13.6 dpo. Don't give up yet!

Thanks JayBay123. I am sorry to hear AF caught you and for your loss. I hope you can jump straight back up on that baby horse and fx for you next month.
I will not test again until 14dpo which should be more accurate.

update: 12 days late CD 42 AF arrived.. now I understand why all those bfn

8 days late. 21dpo. BFN this morning. Still no sign of AF.
Losing hope for this cycle.. If nothing happens by Friday I'll probably try to call to make an appt with the doc.
