Took 2 test yesterday all had 2 lines . Faint but there... Now today took another test (is a different make) but now its negative does this mean the positive where false positives? Does any one have any advice x

It is still really early so it could be other tests are not catching it yet.
I have personally never had any false positives so I don't have any advice on that :/
