No, its to early to harm the baby. Just keep yourself well hydrated and if you need to take any medication, make sure it is okay to take. And eat healthy and take your pre-natal vitamins after it stops as your body and baby will need the nutrients after all that! Hope your feeling better soon!

Thanks bakerlady I'm on day four and although the loose stools are slowing up I have no energy and feel sick a lot. I hope I can feel better soon and return to work. Haven't felt this weak in a long time and there's no much of me left to loose.
