Ovulation or Implantation

Ok so my apps have all said I ovulated on May 24th. However on the 26th I had terrible cramping like I normally do during ovulation. Only this cramping was different because it lasted from early morning till late at night and caused diarrhea and nausea. I couldn't eat anything. Now since then every time I eat my stomach starts feeling like its churning. I have also been tired and peeing a lot. I dtd on the 22nd no protection, fertile week was 19th till 26thish.

Thoughts?
