TTC my first baby

Me and my DH have been married for 1 yr and a half and sice day 1 weve been TTC.. until 2 months ago I went my gyne and he said i had 8 ovary cyst and that was the reason i wasnt ovulating and the reason why my af was not regular.. he gave me clomid and progesterone to drink for 3 months but he said i could come out pregnant at the 1st month of use.. 2 days ago I finished my first month (cycle) of taking the pills! today i am 13 dpo and i am expecting my af in 2 days ive been feeling minor cramps, tender breast, hot flesh, my breast get super warm/HOT, ive been discharging more than usual, backache, headaches, FATIGUE!! im always tired and sleepy.. im not sure if theyre menstrual symptoms or i might be pregnant?? i do BBT and my temp has been high since the day i ovulated.. please help!!
