Hello all! This is my first time posting here. First month TTC with #3 (older two are 7 & 8). Both of my boys were surprises (while on birth control with the first, and on birth control and breastfeeding with the second) so I've never done the stress of TTC. This two week wait is for the birds. I'm 12 DPO today. I've been fatigued and generally moody for a few days now, and woke up this morning really queasy. Had one dizzy spell this morning (I had problems with low blood pressure and passing out with both of my sons during the first trimester). Trying to hold out until AF is due Thursday before I test, but my willpower is not too great ;)

So I emailed my doctor to ask what my hcg levels were, this was her response:

"Your blood pregnancy test is positive. We don't routinely check the actual pregnancy level unless there is a concern."

Sooo I guess I will have to use hpt progressions right now to placate my anxieties over whether or not my pregnancy is progressing...

Progesterone level is 23.87 today. Anyone know what that means? I am 7 dpo.

@jku it means you ovulated they like to see higher then 10 so your good mines was 17.1 at 10 dpo so good looking for you

AFM: FF decides that there is no Ovulation detection anymore. My temperature is still and has been somewhat high for the past 5 days so I guess I can confirm some sort or attempt of ovulation. Let s hope for

AFM, just waiting to O. Should be Friday or Saturday. I've been doing the OPKs but they are as negative as negative can be.

Well, I'm out. Af arrived this morning. I'm fairly certain FF got my ov date wrong and that I was off by a week. Oh well. Try, try again, right? I'll start a new group for August but hopefully y'all won't have to join me! I'm sticking around here to keep up though, I want to see all those bfp!!

Lalou3tt3 - I haven't used FF before but I think if your temps have stayed elevated than you probably O'd. FX that you caught the egg this month.

laura - Just keep in mind that there is a point when pregnancy hormones get too high that the line starts to become fainter again.

hbray - welcome! You're in good company not wanting to wait to test. I hope you see your BFP tomorrow.

AFM - AF is due on Saturday. I plan on testing saturday morning if she hasn't shown by then. I'm trying to keep busy to distract myself from testing. I really don't want to see another BFN.

Mrs Rabren: I'm so sorry the ugly witch had to show her face. On a slightly more positive note I'm sure everyone will appreciate your initiative of starting an August group like you did with this July group.

JKU394: It's still early... I really hope you get a second line this month. Are you testing again tomorrow? Hope that your progesterone levels mean something.

CalvinGirl: I hope your OPK will start showing positive soon!

Lalou: Could the fact that you were so sick have anything to do your temperatures not showing any pattern?

To all others: wish you all a BFP in the next few days!

AFM: I did test again last night (15 dpo). I had just gone to the bathroom when dh came back with a "real" htp (not from the dollar store). I still managed to squeeze a few drops of pee on that stick and the test line appeared first, strong and dark!
I started checking pictures of BFP at 15 dpo in the htp image section of this site and noticed that most test lines are still weak at that stage. I also had faint lines at 14 dpo with fmu when pregnant with ds and dd. I don't know if that means anything but I was certainly not expecting such a strong positive result!
