Nipples hurt, just progesterone?

This is a new symptom for me, usually after af my entire breast hurts but mostly underarms. This month only my nipples hurt and they are always hard, this started a 4 dpo. I had a hpt taken on 7 dpo and it was negative. I'm just a little confused but hoping for the best! Could I be out this month?

It's way to early to tell, at 7dpo your levels of hcg are too low to get a positive on a hpt. Just wait it out and test in a week :) GL
