I'm right there with you. Sore bb is what caused me to test, now they don't seem as sore, but I'm not worried. I'm exhausted and my back hurts :-(

I'm 4w5d today. My breast tenderness is on and off as well. I think it's normal. I worried at first when I had a day of almost normal feeling breasts. Then I paid for that the next day when I woke up and thought they were going to fall off due to pain! I wouldn't think too much into it. From what I understand the majority of symptoms don't really hit until closer to 6 weeks. So hopefully we will all be miserable by then ;)
