IVF meditation
Hi,
I'm about to start my first IVF cycle and I've heard about mediation CDs/downloads that help you relax during all of the insanity. I'm traveling from Ohio to Orange County, CA for a clinic that has a much higher success rate for my age bracket (almost 39.)
Anybody have any advice or any to sell?
