Is this the real ovulation??

I'm at 10 dpo and since I took an hpt too early at 8 dpo with a disappointing bfn, I decided to wait until 12 dpo to try again. I have a bunch of opk left though and took one for fun yesterday morning (smu on 9 dpo). It was very positive with the control way darker than the test line. I then took another one this morning with fmu and it was slightly lighter, not quite positive. Just to be on the safe side I waited a few hours for smu and tested again.... back to being very positive.

What's going on? I was sure I ovulated on cd 21 with two positive opks, sore boobs, ewcm. If I am ovulating now that would be the latest I've ever done it (cd 32 today). My cycles are generally around 34 or 35 days and my period starts religiously 14 days after my first positive opk.

If you are pregnant an OPK will read positive.
