shiny skin

This month I had pretty much given up and felt like this was not my month however I have had totally different symptoms this time round...I have had cramping but no af which on my shortest cycle is now 4 days late and on my longer cycle is one day late...the weirdest thing I have had this month is excessively sore and swollen breasts since about 5dpo and the skin across my boobs, chest and slightly on my face has become super shiny! This is all very new to me but a test two days ago came back negative! Is shiny skin a possible symptom this early? No idea when to test next if af continues to hide from me :-D
