hey please help

i am 7 weeks pregnant but look 6 months gone,i have lots of movements going on in my belly all day long can anyone please helpme to identify what it is

You could just be bloating and the movements you can feel are probably your womb getting ready to for your growing baba. :) Everyone thought I was having twins with my daughter because of how quickly my bump came into shape :). Good Luck and hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy xx
