DH and I have been TTC for 2 1/2 years, but not preventing since 2008. We have had 6 failed clomid cycles and 4 failed IUI cycles. We are starting IVF this month. I just started Lupron this morning.

It doesn't seem like there are many people this far along on the infertility road. I posted a topic a couple days ago looking for IVF buddies and got like no responses :-(

Hi there, yes I think the website 'bubhub' has more ladies who are at the IVF stage, we have been trying for almost two years, and have one failed IVF, however i have tried with previous partners since my 20's and have never been able to get pregnant.

I tried clomid, IUI etc and no luck, thinking of trying 2nd IVF in a couple of months.

I have never been pregnant either. I have pcos and dh has a very low count. Hoping ivf will be our answer. We managed to get into an ivf refund program even though dh 's numbers were below their minimum to get accepted. We get 3 fresh cycles and 3 frozen and if those don't work we get 75% back.

How did your first ivf go? What was the most difficult part of the process? I am not sure what to expect from the retrieval process.
