nervous and aggitated

i have pcos and have been trying for my second for 2 years, my period is normally exactly to the day and time to arrive evry 29 days now this month it has not arrived, i am now to nervous to take a pregnancy test just in case it comes up negative again and it dissapoints my whole family again, my last ovulation day was 17 april, so if i am preganant i am due 8 january 2014, i am going to go to my doc thursday if still no action has happened
