I think I am out

DH and I have decided to see a specialist and begin IVF/ICSI treatments in March. Needless to say, we stopped trying this month. I decided to keep an eye on my O days and received a smiley face on the 2/14. I didn't test on the 13th but BD's the days prior. So to pinpoint when I actually did, I took a test on the 15th and had no surge. So this O could've happened from the 13th to 14th. By the weekend, I started feeling tired and mild cramping. Continued CM and I thought that maybe AF was coming. BB's are a little different. On 10DPO (today), took a test and received a BFN. I just feel a little off, but am also aware of PG symptoms and could be psyching myself out. I didn't think about being PG until I started having symptoms and just thought my CM was just a fluke. Not too sure what to think. AF is due in 4-5 days so again all of these symptoms could be PMS. I could've also tested too early. I have been pg before so not too sure what to think. Either way, I am fine. I know treatment will begin in a few days if I am not PG, but feel a little strange and cannot really tell if these symptoms are in fact PMS. So I have had gas, sore bb's, frequent urination, heightened sense of smell and taste. last night began lower back pains, but keep in mind I received a BFN this afternoon. Since I was up peeing all the night, but the time I took the test I had already peed 4 times that morning. Any thoughts?
