Cold medicine

So I read a lot of successful pregnancy stories from those who took Robitussin or mucinex to get pregnant...has anyone heard or have advice on using cold needs when ttc?

Hi.

Lot of women take robutussin or Mucinex(they have the same active ingredient) in order to thin out there cervical mucus to help in making the sperm swim easier. Some women drink green tea to help in the production of cervical mucus but be careful to stop drinking once you are pregnant cause it makes it hard to absorb folic acid which is very important in a baby's development.
