Peace of mind

I didn't start testing before af was due b/c I didn't want to stress over it this month. I expected af on 10/5 and it didn't come. I'm five days late and two bfn's later I'm stressed. I feel nauseous but I wonder if it's only due to stressing over this cycle. I read somewhere that if you o late your af will be later. Maybe I didn't o when I thought. I would just like to know either way.

Anybody else in the same boat?
