Feeling scared: so crampy, I keep expecting to see blood
I had a MC in June.
I am 12 DPO and had a POS HPT and POS blood work.
I woke up so crampy last night I thought I would go to toilet and see another MC.
But that didn't happen.
So crampy again this morning.
It's been a while since I was pregnancy, my youngest is almost 5.
Is this really what it's like at the beginning? so crampy. It feels like AF.
It's really making me scared, anxious, paranoid.
Please help me calm down.

For me the crams first trimester are so bad also I get stabbing in my (pantie line area?) It will feel just like AF. I have even ran to the bathroom forgetting I was pregnant with my first. I have even had bleeding the whole first trimester for a healthy baby.
Please relax just because you had a MC before dose not mean you will again. You also had a healthy baby before :) GL
