I think it is really early, but I've been wondering the same thing.

I'm 4dpo today and have had some very mild pressure/cramping the past two days too.... but I thought maybe it was from the gym since I went two days in a row after not doing much of anything for a few weeks. It's weird though it's mostly just on one side.

I'm kind of in the same boat as you... I've been having such major symptoms since 3dpo that I know I'm not imagining them, but just not sure if it's pregnancy or something else. Best of luck to you, keep us updated!

Btw, I think I miscounted and am only 3-4 DPO Tofay, Thursday.
