a faint line from belly button downwards

Hey ladies

I have been trying for 21 months now and I have missed my period and is starting the 7th week after my last cycle. Since from last week I couldn't do anything feeling tried at that time and heartburn then. Dizzy and feel like I will faint if eat bed and now stomach pain but it last for 5 minutes. Today I noticed a faint line from. Belly button downwards but I only are when I look into a mirror*happy* Now I afraid to test

was it positive after your test. i just looked at the mirror and saw a line ttc since last 4 months . just missed my period this month for the first time and did a test last week which was negative. still got hopes
