cranking it to 11 (softcup success stories???)

We are in cycle 8 ttc. Hubby recently had swimmer test and everything is 100% normal and ready to meet an egg.

Im currently at cd 7 and on our first round of clomid. Been doing opk for 3 days now since cycles are weird and pcos is weird and I don't want to miss my big O.

I got paid today and decided that we are going to crank things up this cycle when O comes. Picked up pre-seed and softcups from the store. I have a doctor app on the 19th (cd 12) to see if clomid has made any difference.

Has anyone had any success stories with pre-seed or softcups? Or both? There isn't much left for us to try before we start deciding if we want to iui or ivf. We looked at the Stork thing that Walgreens sells but it sounds basically like softcups but $80 each for a single use cup.

Hey Sleepyanise,

I don't have any advice but popped into to tell you that I'm with you this cycle will be my first time using it too. I've a tilted cervix and really hope this won't block the swimmers. I'm using Yes baby instead of pre seed because it's organic :)

Hi sleepyanise! Both times I got pregnant (both ended in cp and early miscarriage) we had been using preseed, so I think that might have helped . I've never tried the softcups, but I do have a menstrual cup and have heard you can use those the same way and they last forever. GL and let us know how things turn out!
