Ovulation test- need help reading

I’m having a hard time interpreting this ovulation test, this is our first time using OPKs. It’s the Pregmate brand from target. The two lines look to be almost the same color? If the line closest to the “MAX” is darker it’s supposed to be positive.

defiantly positive
the first line the urine hits is the one that measures your LH hormone and yours is really high
it has to be either both are the same color or our darker than the rest line
