TTC after IUD removal

Hi everyone! So excited to be a part of this group. Just got my IUD removed and now we are officially TTC

I’m wondering if those of you who have had IUDs can weigh in. I have had regular periods every month since getting my Mirena placed 4 years ago. Should I expect my cycles to stay the same? And how frequently should I use OPK tests after it’s removed? I’m a planner and can’t do things without all the info possible, so even though we are very newly TTC I would like data to be able to work with in the coming months, or however long it takes.
