AF 5 days late, but BFN. Anyone experienced this and been pregnant?

My cycle is usually 26-28 days. So far I'm on CD 32 and, according to my tracker, I'm 5 days overdue. I have been experienced two random bouts of nausea, excessive urination, cramping and/or fullness, lower back ache, two headaches, a stuffy nose, and yesterday I had spotting so faint, it was barely there. No need for a pad, as it was only on the toilet paper. Anybody know what's going on? I can only assume I'm either stressed or ovulated late. I have peed on multiple HPTs in three different brands and they all say negative. I've decided not to pee on anymore until I am at least 7 days late.
