IVF advice or tips please ladies

Hi ladies,

I’m 36 and have been ttc for over 8 years. I had my right Fallopian tube removed in November and 90% of my left Fallopian tube repaired. My specialist told me and my husband to try naturally as we had a good chance of conceiving but unfortunately this hasn’t happened. I’m due to see her on the 19/6/19 to begin the ivf process.

Do any of you ladies have any advice or things that you did to make the process easier for yourselves? Did you book any time off of work? ( I work with severely autistic children and have to wear a bite jacket etc so am worried about how the injections will make me feel whilst trying to stay on top form). Did you change your diet? Exercise more:less etc? Any tips or advice would really be appreciated xxx
