Testing out trigger

Hey ladies, I have a question about testing out your trigger shot. I had my second IUI may 31. I'm 8dpt and 7dpo.. I've been testing out my sugar and I have not had a negative test yet. However, today's test seems slightly darker than yesterday's.. is that good? Or is that pretty typical?
