Is it possible I could be pregnant after a 1 day bleed and 3 days of spotting

I had what i think was a weird period 6 days ago I started out spotting then had 1 day light flow with no clots then followed by spotting for 2 days so all in 4 days nothing like my normal period . I have burning sensation in my nipples and they feel fuller but not sore I'm currently 6 days post period. I should he ovulating in 7 days time . My period was also 2 days early . I have done A asda pregnancy test and I think I'm crazy but I can see a second line . Anyone have implantation bleeding around their period time or mistaked if for their period, I'm going to take another test tomorrow but any help would be appreciated
