I think it feels different for everyone, and i don't always get it. But when i do i feel a sharp pain deep inside my pelvis on one side just above my hip.

I have O pains every month and for me it feels like dull cramps on one side usually, pretty low on my abdomen and it also feels how I feel like I’m when on the last days of my period. I totally can understand that something is happening.
