Corpus Luteum Cyst.

I just had my first round of Clomid 100 mg this month. I was on 50 mg for 3 cycles before that. I had a blazing positive OPK and ovulated last Thursday... on Sunday I started having pain in my right ovary that is pretty bad, it has eased up a little today. I believe it is a corpus luteum cyst , which is a good thing in a way because it is a " functioning cyst". My question is, have any of you ever had this issue while on clomid, and did you get a BFP. I realize this question is kinda dumb because every woman that ovulates has a corpus luteum, but not all will turn into a cyst, and it is normal regardless. I guess I just want to see how many of you had this issue and ended up being pregnant... oh the things we ponder while in the 2 week wait ....
